This week was all about drags. This rudiment is very similar to a flam and really fun to play. They are both grace notes, however, a drag is two grace notes played as a diddle before the primary note. As always youtube was an excellent teacher! Here is the video that helped me:

I think I caught onto the concept relatively quick. When looking back at my practice videos I notice that sometimes I accidentally buzz the primary note so that the stick hits twice instead of once. It is a small mistake and easily fixable with more practice. Keep an eye out next week for a final achievement video of my snare progress!
